CelebPoker launches Swedish site

Although Swedish players have been active on the site since CelebPoker acquired an EU Gaming License back in June, until now they have not had the opportunity to experience a completely bespoke Swedish version of the site. The new Swedish edition of CelebPoker http://se.celebpoker.com has a different look and feel, with a highly impressive visual interface, great new promotions and live updated news from the world of poker.

It was a huge influx of Swedish players that led Dave Donovan, CEO of CelebPoker, to take the decision to design and re-brand CelebPoker specifically for the Swedish market.

Sweden has had a long history of producing some fine poker players and we wanted to make sure that our Swedish customers receive the best possible service and entertainment."

Indeed, such is CelebPoker's commitment to constantly improving its software and playability for the Swedish market, that they have even recruited a new Swedish-speaking team. The new CelebPoker employees will be dedicated entirely to recruiting new players, working with Swedish affiliates, organising innovative promotions and helping to identify new Swedish poker talent through Team CelebPoker.

Swedish players now be able to take advantage of CelebPoker's wide range of online poker games, such as Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 7 Card Stud and 5 Card Draw on their own version of the site. As CelebPoker look to expand both their player base and their staffing levels across Europe, other bespoke CelebPoker language versions look a certainty, with Russia, Spain and Italy set to follow soon.

It is hoped that the new Swedish site will help to extend CelebPoker's worldwide search for poker players to represent them at major televised poker events, and that through Team CelebPoker, the global talent-search will eventually produce the next superstars of poker!
