CCC, DGE Officials Opt for Retirement24 June 2002NEW JERSEY -- As reported by the Press of Atlantic City: ``Several of New Jersey's top gaming regulators are heading for the exit door at once, capitalizing on the state's new retirement-incentive program. ``Most notably, John Zimmerman is retiring from the Casino Control Commission after 21 years at the agency, the last 11 as general counsel. Zimmerman said his daily commute from Trenton has taken a toll. ``...Denis Dooley II, one of the top deputy attorneys general with the Division of Gaming Enforcement is also retiring, as are fellow deputy attorneys general George Ciszak and Richard Morrissey. ``A total of 18 in the commission and 10 in the DGE are retiring under the program..." |
