CasinoWorld Holdings Ltd.

DataMark Holding Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, WorldNow Online Corp., has entered into a strategic alliance with CasinoWorld Holdings Ltd. to provide engineering and software development services and satellite telecommunications technology for use in online, state-of-the-art gaming applications.

The first project in the alliance is an approximately $750,000 contract to provide a satellite system and new gaming software for the casino on the island of St. Kitts in the Eastern Caribbean.

"We expect this to be the first of many profitable projects with CasinoWorld in software development and advanced telecommunications technology," said Stanton D. Jones, president of WorldNow. WorldNow will also provide the equipment, including satellite technology and software, to provide links to the Internet.

"We have a level of expertise in software development, telecommunications and the Internet that makes us uniquely situated to provide value-added services in the gaming industry," Jones said.
