Casino Patron to Keep Fighting for $1.17 Million Jackpot

WINNECONNE, Wisconsin –As reported by the Associated Press: "A man says he is not giving up his fight over a $1.17 million slot machine jackpot he says he won at Ho-Chunk Casino in Baraboo.

"`Get ready to see me in court 'cause I'm coming,' Troy Westphal of Winneconne said. "I know I won it."

"But casino and state gaming officials say the machine malfunctioned and Westphal didn't win the so-called Millionaire 7's progressive jackpot.

"…[Linda Minash, state director of Indian gaming and regulator of compliance] advised Westphal to further pursue his complaint with the tribe and the maker of the slot machine, Bally Gaming Systems…"
