Casino Executive Search provides seminars to Sands

NEW JERSEY – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Casino Executive Search, LLC, has been retained to provide outplacement seminars to the management staff of the Sands Hotel Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, which is slated to close on November 11, 2006 in accordance with Pinnacle Entertainment's acquisition of the gaming property.

"The Sands wants to provide as many resources as possible to our management staff, to assist them to identify new career opportunities," said Sands President and CEO George Toth.

"We selected Casino Executive Search to conduct these seminars because their staff possess management gaming experience, an extensive industry network and can utilize the resources of Casino Careers to assist our dedicated management team who will be displaced when our property closes. This seminar will supplement the many other efforts, including onsite job fairs and employment services to assist them in their career change," Toth explained.

The 5-hour seminars will include a review of the job market, resources available to executives to network, identify career opportunities, and how to negotiate an employment agreement.
