Cash Machines Out in Iowa?

Gambling regulation in Iowa has turned into a nightmare of battling between regulators and legislators, but one new proposed rule is of special interest.

It would require that cash and credit card machines be removed from the gambling portion of any track casino in the state, the rational being that they cause problems because compulsive gamblers can use them to excess when their luck turns against them.
