Caribbean CAGE, Supreme Gaming sign deal

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Caribbean CAGE LLC ("CAGE"), a company owned by The RLJ Companies and RBW Gaming LLC, today announced a new long term contract with Supreme Gaming LP to design, install and operate up to 4,000 video lottery terminals (1,000 in Guatemala, 1,000 in Nicaragua and 2,000 in Jamaica). The VLTs will be linked to a central system to enable the governments to have complete transparency, audit and compliance access and the technology to ensure that the games and project are in the public interests. CAGE will commence its 2-year rollout of the 4,000 VLTs in the three countries during the first quarter 2008.

Robert B. Washington, Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of CAGE stated, "this long term management agreement to design, install and operate up to 4,000 VLTs in these new markets is an integral step towards fulfilling our strategy of a significant presence throughout the Caribbean and Latin America."

CAGE currently operates VLTs in the Turks and Caicos Islands and St. Kitts. CAGE anticipates beginning operations in Barbados by the 4th quarter of 2007. CAGE, headquartered in Puerto Rico, is well positioned to take advantage of the VLT market in the Caribbean and Latin America to generate superior returns.
