Canadian Gateway Casinos Completes IPO29 November 2002BRITISH COLUMBIA – As reported by the Business in Vancouver: "Burnaby-based Gateway Casinos Income Fund has completed its initial public offering for gross proceeds of $105.7 million (US$67.57 million). "…The net proceeds of the offering, together with the proceeds from a private placement of 15.9 million units at $10 per unit and funds drawn under a new credit facility, were used to buy the casino and related assets of the Burnaby Casino in Burnaby, the Palace Casino in Edmonton, and four Lake City Casinos in B.C.'s Interior…" |
