California Company to Produce Mandarin Version of OnLine Casino

16 July 1999

New Discoveries Publishing Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: NWDP) announced July 7 that it has been awarded the contract by Australian Media Company (AMC) to produce a Mandarin Chinese version of the Net Pirates Casino.

Mandarin is the most popular language in the Pacific Rim. The idea is to bring Net Pirates Casino into the homes and offices of the heavily populated areas of Taiwan, Singapore, and mainland China.

The Mandarin version of Net Pirates Casino will focus on Baccarat, Pai Gow, Sicbow and other Asian favorites.

Peter Michaels, chief executive of NWDP, said, "We have received numerous emails from AMC's players, commenting on the realism of the Net Pirates Casino gaming experience. Players are enjoying themselves in the convenience and privacy of their homes.

"By supporting the Mandarin language we will be expanding further into the Asian market. With our on-line banking and gaming software, will be tapping into a huge and explosive market.

"Through 50% ownership of IBIS (a New Zealand Savings & Loan), our financial software can handle all major world currencies." NWDP is based in Garden Grove, Calif. The company can be reached at NWDP.
