Bodog.com $100,000 contest winner named

(PRESS RELEASE) -- In its continuing push to become the world leader in digital entertainment, Calvin Ayre and his Bodog.com Entertainment Group announced Brett Bowman as the winner of the $100,000 grand prize in Bodog.com's "Easiest Contest Ever."

"This was truly the easiest contest any of our players could enter," says Calvin Ayre, Founder of the vast Bodog.com digital entertainment empire and creator of several TV productions including the ground-breaking mixed martial art reality series BodogFight. "Our goal was to create a contest so absurdly easy to enter that all our international customers had to worry about was gearing up for what really matters - football season. The next step was to deliver on the $100,000 grand prize. Brett is the realization of Bodog holding true to its word."

Bowman is the inaugural winner of the contest he completely forgot he had entered. "It took me a few minutes to even recall the contest," said the North Dakota native in an interview with Bodog Nation. Now that he has a cool $100,000 to spend, one of the first toys he plans to purchase is a new GMC Denali.

All active Bodog players whose total online deposits were equal to or greater than $100 between August 3rd and September 15th, 2006 were entered for their chance to win the $100,000. Many were entered without even realizing it.

Brett's love of sports has netted him the grand prize that is now sitting in his Bodog account and earned him bragging rights for being a devoted sports enthusiast and valued Bodog.com gamer.
