Bingo Fabulous' response to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act6 October 2006Due to the passing of the "Safe Port Act" by the US Congress which includes "The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006" as of this Monday (9 October 2006) no players based in the United States of America will be permitted to access and / or play on Bingo Fabulous Bingo. All players will be notified today that there accounts will be closed on Monday and as of today no new registrations from persons in United States of America will be permitted. The good news is that our network has a US player base of approximately 5% and your affiliate revenues should not be effected materially. On another note….
