Bingo.com Launches Pay for Play Skill-Bingo

28 October 2001

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(Press Release)--Oct. 28, 2001-- Bingo.com, Inc. (OTCBB:BIGR) the pre-eminent online Bingo portal, today announced that it has launched its much anticipated pay for play, patent-pending, Skill-Bingo game on.

The new pay for play Skill-Bingo site will operate in conjunction with the existing advertising-supported Bingo portal.

``We're really excited about the launch of our new Skill-Bingo game'', said Tarrnie Williams, CEO of Bingo.com, ``we want to make Bingo.com the home of Internet Bingo for all types of Bingo games and players. The development of Skill-Bingo is a giant step for us in the pursuit of additional revenue sources and profitability.''

Skill-Bingo plays just like regular Bingo, with one main difference. In Skill-Bingo all players receive an identical set of cards. Games are won by the players who daub the numbers correctly, identify a winning Bingo pattern, and call Bingo the most quickly. By structuring the game in this way, Bingo.com removes all elements of chance in the playing of the game. As a result, Bingo.com differentiates itself from the online-casino industry.

In Skill-Bingo, 100% of the prize pool is paid out to participants. Bingo.com charges each player a Network Maintenance Fee (NMF) as low as $0.25 to join a game. Bingo.com intends to license Skill-Bingo to charitable organizations, web portals and other groups looking to raise money through online Bingo, as well as providing it to its own community of over 750,000 members.
