Betsafe won with one point over the existing champions Nordicbet, with the following statement:

Excellent support and good odds ensured that Betsafe.com won its first top position in TIPS' large bookmaker test. The established test evaluates the bookmakers in eight different categories such as Usability/Design, how to register, deposit/withdrawal options, gaming options, how to make a bet, payback, support and focus on security and addictive gambling--where gaming options and payback gives double amount of points.

The maximum amount of points is 100, and this time Betsafe won with 81 points, while Nordicbet, Centrebet, Bet356 and Bwin all came in among the top five.
