Betmarkets announces dates for 2009 conference

VIENNA, Austria -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Following the highly successful second BetMarkets in March 2008, the dates and venue for the second BetMarkets have been announced as the 4th-5th March at the larger Vienna Messe.

It remains the only senior level global sportsbetting conference, and in 2008 BetMarkets welcomed 210 attendees from over 32 countries to Vienna for two days of frank conference content and deal-making, plus a highly enjoyable meal and drinks reception on the night before, this year to be held on March 3rd in another great venue. With networking such an important component of BetMarkets the chance to meet people early and get to know them is invaluable.

In 2009 it will once again tackle the most significant issues affecting both the remote and land-based sportsbetting sectors, including the development of partnerships, customer acquisition in mature and emerging markets, the challenge of legislation, the latest technology, branding and diversification solutions in betting shops, and leveraging mobile and web2.0 progress.

We will again kick things off with our popular meal and drinks reception free to all our attendees, where in the past 80% of delegates have attended. All delegates are invited to come out on the 3rd for relaxed meetings with sportsbetting peers and to wake up on the 4th for 2 days of exceptional debate and learning.

BetMarkets is designed with one aim: to provide the best possible platform for international sportsbetting professionals who want to network and learn in a dynamic environment.

There will be a bigger exhibition space at the conference in response to the demand shown from suppliers this year and this will be the ideal place to see a wide range of sportsbetting solutions. We have moved to a more familiar conference centre to maximise networking opportunities.

Once again there will be some really fun networking activities planned to maximise delegates' time and business opportunities.
