Beer yoga at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas

31 July 2018

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Beer Yoga at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas returns Sunday, 19 August at 2 p.m. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just looking for a fun afternoon with friends, enjoy Beer Yoga at Hofbrauhaus and sip on a cold beer while testing your concentration and balance. The hourlong session combines beer and yoga taught by certified yoga instructor Rosemary Birchard.

Classes are $20 each and come with one bottle of your choice of Hofbräu beer. Those who sign up in advance online are guaranteed a spot in the class. Guests may also purchase the class in person at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas. Guests of all fitness levels are encouraged to attend. It is recommended that you bring your own yoga mat.

Then, after your down dogs, it’s time to get down with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dining options at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas, including Vegan Schnitzel, Vegan Frankfurters, Cucumber Salad, Bavarian Salad Platter and Classic Caesar Salad.

And don’t be afraid to enjoy an additional bottle, pint or stein of beer after class. Drinking beer at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is guilt-free because, like all German beers, their beer adheres to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. This means that for over 500 years, all beer from Germany is natural and you will not find any chemicals, preservatives, or fake process enhancers, such as artificial enzymes or yeast nutrients, or cheap sources of starch like rice and corn. So whether it’s blond, dark, light or bold, all beers at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas are wholesome and delicious, and only feature barley, hops, yeast and water.

Birchard started her career in the Air Force and spent nine and half years on Active Duty. In the Air Force, Birchard discovered how much she loved fitness. She would volunteer and teach squadron fitness classes and was put in charge of helping people pass their fitness test. She also became an avid trail runner and hiker leading to knee and hip injuries. These injuries made Rosemary turn to yoga originally thinking it would be a good stretching class. She soon found that yoga not only aided in her running injuries but gave her body a much less stressful way of exercising it. Rosemary is a RYT 200 from Zeek Vincent's teacher training. She also completed an Advanced Yoga teacher training with Zeek and his Hands on Assist training. Her teaching style is an energetic style that will turn the average yoga class in to something you will yearn to come back for.
