Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs Present Industry Leaders at Global Gaming Expo25 September 2001LAS VEGAS, Nevada –(Press Release) --Sept. 25, 2001 -- Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. have joined together to present the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Financial Updates Oct. 1-3, 2001, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Investors, analysts, stockbrokers, investment professionals, and attendees of G2E will learn about the financial future of leading gaming companies. These updates will feature the chairmen, presidents and CFOs of these companies, who will explain expansion plans, market situations and corporate strategies. Jason Ader, senior managing director with Bear Stearns, said the sessions are designed to provide thought-provoking discussions and give attendees insight into the future of the gaming industry. ``Global Gaming Expo is the most important annual gathering of the gaming industry,'' Ader said. ``The Financial Updates are an excellent opportunity to hear the plans and aspirations of, as well as the threats to, the major gaming companies.'' On Tuesday, Oct. 2, featured companies include MGM MIRAGE, Shuffle Master Gaming, Aztar Corp., Alliance Gaming, The Venetian, Acres Gaming, Horseshoe Gaming, Churchill Downs Inc., Boyd Gaming Corp., WMS Gaming, Mandalay Resort Group and Multimedia Games. On Wednesday, Oct. 3, the Financial Updates conclude with Riviera Gaming, Sun International, Ameristar Casinos, Inc., Anchor Gaming, Mikohn Gaming, Scientific Games, Penn National Gaming, Park Place Entertainment Corporation, and Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc.
