Bazaar Meat by José Andrés coming to SAHARA Las Vegas

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Join Bazaar Meat by José Andrés on Saturday, 8 February at SAHARA Las Vegas for an exclusive dinner featuring Flanagan Wines. With grapes sourced from the top vineyards in Sonoma County, Flanagan Wines produces vintages made with integrity that reflect the distinctiveness of the region. Guests will hear from proprietor Eric Flanagan and enjoy a selection of his wines paired with an array of specialty menu items from the award-winning Bazaar Meat. The Flanagan Wines dinner begins at 8 p.m. Seating is limited.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a selection of refined cuisine including Cotton Candy Foie Gras with crispy amaranth, Ferran Adrià Olives served in both a modern and traditional style, Bagels & Lox Cone with dill cream cheese and salmon roe, and Geoduck with coconut cream, soy yuzu and lime paired with a 2015 Russian River Valley Flanagan Chardonnay; The Classic Tartare featuring Mindful Meats beef sirloin, parker house rolls and egg yolk, Chef’s Selection of Cured Meats and “Beefsteak” Tomato Tartare paired with a 2015 Sonoma Coast Flanagan Pinot Noir; Tortilla Sacramonte with kidney, sweetbreads and bone marrow, an oak-wood fired Rosewood Ribeye, Texas Wagyu and Robuchon Potatoes paired with a 2013 Flanagan Cabernet Sauvignon; New Zealand Merino Lamb Rack with Aji Amarillo, Grilled Asparagus with Romesco sauce and Setas al Ajillo with garlic and nasturtium paired with Bennett Valley Flanagan Syrah. The menu is specially curated by Bazaar Meat’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Alex Pitts, to complement the flavor profile of each dish with expertly paired varietals.
