Battle Between Offshore and Onshore Gaming

Offshore vs. Onshore Gaming: The Battle Heats Up, organized by BioConferences International, Inc. in conjunction with Gaming Law Review, Internet Gaming International, and the International Internet Gaming Association, will explore how intensifying competition in venues around the globe is posing new challenges for casino managers and operators, e-commerce promoters and entrepreneurs, software and website developers, consultants, attorneys and regulators in the fast-moving world of online gaming.

The conference, which is expected to draw more than 500 leaders from more than 35 countries, will once again be chaired by Joseph M Kelly, Professor of Business Law, SUNY College at Buffalo and Anthony R. Coles, of the London law firm, Jeffrey Green Russell, and will feature a host of international industry leaders including I. Nelson Rose of the Whittier School of Law, Mickey Charles, President of the Sports Network, Anthony Cabot of Lionel Sawyer & Collins in Las Vegas, and Marc Falcone, vice president of equity research for Bear Stearns & Co., Inc.

This year's event, held in the current Internet gaming capital of the world, will again highlight the software developers, e-commerce providers, and others leading players who are driving the growth of the industry in the expanded Second Annual International Gaming Expo.

The meeting will also include a special luncheon on November 27th which will feature the Presentation of the Third Annual Internet Gaming International Innovator Awards, given each year to those organizations who have done the most to expand the boundaries, and enhance the credibility, of the online gaming industry. Past winners include Bally Gaming and Systems, Inland Entertainment, William Hill, You Bet.com, and Plus Lotto.
