Bally's to Advertise Odds on Games19 September 2000ATLANTIC CITY, NEW JERSEY – As reported by The Associated Press: "Bally's Park Place has become the first casino in New Jersey to advertise the odds on their games. "Although the state Casino Control Act prohibits such ads, the Division of Gaming Enforcement announced in April that the 22-year-old ban would no longer apply.
