(NYSE: AGI), announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Resorts International Entertainment to provide all of Resorts' casino operations in Nevada, New Jersey, Mississippi and Indiana with a complete systems solution.

In accordance with the agreement, new systems installations have begun at the Atlantic City Hilton, Resorts East Chicago (the former Harrah's East Chicago) as well as Resorts Tunica (the former Harrah's Tunica) and Bally's Tunica in Mississippi. Resorts selected a variety of solutions for each property, including a combination of Bally's slot and casino management systems, Bally Power Bonusing(TM) features and Bally Systems' leading-edge eTICKET(TM) technology for ticketing functions that will provide enhanced flexibility for Resorts to offer cashless and marketing benefits to its players.

"We're pleased to build on our relationship with a company of Resorts' stature as our list of corporate customers grows in scope and scale," said Richard Haddrill, CEO of Alliance Gaming. "This is a strong endorsement for our systems solutions and we're confident that Resorts will be pleased with the operational efficiencies and player benefits that our technology will provide."

"Resorts International Entertainment offers guests a variety of premier gaming and entertainment experiences in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Tunica, and Chicagoland. Ribis, President and Chief Executive Officer of Resorts International Entertainment.
