Australian Operator Selects Online Gaming Systems

9 July 2002

LAS VEGAS – (Press Release) -- Online Gaming Systems, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: OGAM), a leading provider of casino turnkey solutions, today announced it has been selected by an Australian-based casino operator to develop its Internet Casino system. Both parties have agreed that the land- based casino operator will not be disclosed until requisite certification and regulatory approvals in Australia are obtained. OGS expects the work to be completed for a go live date during the first quarter of 2003.

Under terms of the Agreement, OGS will develop a customized, market- leading solution utilizing its recently released FIRE system. Once the development is completed, the customer will execute the relevant license and related agreements, which have already been negotiated.

The FIRE product has been designed with security, performance, third party integration and scalability in mind. The java-designed system has been loaded with controls that comply with operating a casino in a regulated environment as well as giving the casino operator the flexibility of integrating with their existing systems. The system has been tested to handle more than 1,000 simultaneous users on a single Game Server and can be scaled up to many times that figure by utilizing additional Game Servers. The FIRE system is currently undergoing certification in the Northern Territory of Australia.

David Kinsman, Managing Director for OGS (Australia) said, "We were selected for the project because the FIRE system offers superior performance and flexibility, allowing us to create virtually unlimited and unique customization programs for our customers." OGS has recently announced agreements with Quova, Inc. for its Geopoint security service and Next Generation Entertainment to provide market-leading game content to its FIRE system.

Online Gaming Systems, Ltd. develops and markets Internet and private network transaction based products that it offers to licensed gaming operators in regulated jurisdictions. These products include FIRE, (Fully Integrated, Regulated, Environment), premier interactive casino system, Internet Casino Extension (ICE), a growing suite of casino games, webSports, a sports wagering system, Lotto Magic a lottery system for private, government and fund raising purposes, and Bingo Blast a multi- player system for charity and private organization use.
