Atronic Strengthens Global Focus, Makes Management Changes4 July 2002SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – (Press Release) -- The world-wide group of Atronic companies announced that Michael Gauselmann, owner and up to now Chief Executive Officer of Atronic Americas, will increasingly concentrate on global strategic activities and intensify his current activities as Chief Game Designer for Atronic world-wide. As before Michael will be involved in local projects which carry global importance. Atronic Americas also announced that Rolf W. Klug, currently Co-Chief Executive Officer / CFO, has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer / CFO. In addition and effective August 1st 2002, Atronic Americas announced the promotion of Joe Bailo, currently Vice President of Sales and Marketing, to the position of the Chief Sales Officer and the company's deputy Chief Executive Officer.
