Atronic Acquires MIS Group21 March 2003LUEBBECKE, Germany – (Press Release) -- Atronic International, the Casino Division of the German Gauselmann Group, on March 5th entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100 % of the international systems company MIS (Monaco Information Systems). The acquisition followed several years of close cooperation between the two companies starting with the European Alliance. This resulted in a significant impact in several European markets.
