ATI Networks to Acquire

MADISON, Wisconsin., April 4 (Press Release) - ATI Networks announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of, a leading online lottery game site.

According to PCData Online, Email-Lotto delivers millions of page views to over 270,000 registered subscribers that visit the site daily to play its free lottery. Site revenue is generated by advertising sales.
