Aristocrat Technologies Names Gavin Isaacs President

For the last year, Isaacs has been Managing Director of Aristocrat's European business and has led the strong growth of Aristocrat's profits and business in that region and the successful opening of significant new European markets.

Isaacs originally joined Aristocrat in 1999 as General Manager, Legal & Compliance, where he played an important role in the Company's successful Nevada license application. For the two years before his move to Europe Isaacs led Aristocrat's global marketing activities as General Manager, Marketing and Business Development and was the leader of the Aristocrat team that completed the Casino Data Systems acquisition. As a result of his experience in the U.S. Isaacs has a strong knowledge of the American market. Isaacs serves on Aristocrat's Compliance Committee and is also a trustee of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys.

"Gavin's detailed knowledge of Aristocrat's products and systems, as well as his relationship with regulators, will assist the Company in successfully and profitably moving forward in the Americas," Aristocrat Chief Executive Officer Des Randall said.

Before Aristocrat Isaacs was a partner with the leading Australia law firm Phillips Fox, where he built their highly successful property services business unit. He earned degrees in commerce and law from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Laws from Sydney University.

"This year alone we are bringing to the market over 100 new game titles including several brand licensed products, video poker, numerous new bonusing features, new Hyperlink progressives, and our exciting Reel Power(TM) games which allow players to buy reels instead of lines. All that, capped with the strong performance of our MKVI games platform and new ticket-in, ticket-out systems technology, means that our Americas business has fantastic opportunities for growth."

Isaacs will join the U.S. team and assume full-time responsibilities upon approval of his visa from the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS).
