Aristocrat Launches Zorro Penny Slots

LAS VEGAS –- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Aristocrat Technologies continues to expand its Hyperlink(R) progressive slots portfolio with this summer's widespread introduction of a Zorro(TM)-themed local-area penny progressive offering a $50,000 top jackpot award. The linked progressive was recently approved by Gaming Laboratories International, Inc. for introduction into most river, land-based, and tribal gaming jurisdictions nationwide.

Aristocrat's Zorro linked progressive combines two highly successful Aristocrat game concepts -- Hyperlink and the Bonus Bank. When wagering an additional, 10-credit ante bet, players are eligible to win one of six bonus features, which include the four Hyperlink jackpots. The first three Hyperlink jackpots are progressive while the top jackpot is static at $50,000 and can be won on any game at any time. Once a player enters into the Hyperlink jackpot cards feature they are guaranteed to win one of the four jackpots, adding excitement to their game play.

Any one of the six random bonuses, including the Hyperlink jackpot cards feature, is awarded when Z-O-R-R-O is spelled in any position on the screen through the use of overlay symbols on top of certain Ace, King, Queen, and Jack symbols.
