Aristocrat CFO to Leave

SYDNEY, Australia – As reported by the Dow Jones: "Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. , Australia's embattled gambling machine maker, said Tuesday that recent upheaval in its North American operation has unnerved some customers and hurt sales in that market.

"Acting chief financial officer Stephen Cohn said that delays in approvals for new gambling machine games and management changes in North America have led to ` some reservation on the part of some place orders.'

"…Cohn, whose recent return to the company was welcomed by some analysts as a sign that Aristocrat was getting back on track, also told reporters he would be leaving in July.

"`I'm only here to help out,' he said, adding he agreed to return to the company for a three month period.

"Cohn said he is hopeful a chief financial officer will be appointed before he leaves…"
