Argosy Installs Token-Free Slots13 February 2003OHIO – As reported by the Cincinnati Business Courier: "For casino-goers tired of lugging around those pesky buckets loaded with tokens, Argosy Casino & Hotel in Lawrenceburg said it now has 500 token-free slot machines in operation. "The new slots operate on a system called `Ticket In Ticket Out,' in which winnings are printed out on tickets, eliminating the need for tokens. The tickets can be used as a credit on another machine or can be redeemed by cashiers at the riverboat casino…" |
