Applied Gaming Receives Shareholder Approval for Major Financing25 September 2000CALGARY, Alberta – (Press Release) --Sept. 25, 2000 -- Applied Gaming Solutions (AGC) is pleased to announce that it has received shareholder approval for the proposed financing with Trinity Capital. The vote took place at the Annual General and Special Meeting held on September 22nd, 2000. All the resolutions proposed in the corporation's Information Circular dated August 18, 2000 were passed, giving the Board of Directors the ability to approve changes from the aforementioned financing in the closing document.
