AngelCiti Launches TheHouseWins.com

PEMBROKE PINES, Florida -- (Press Release) -- AngelCiti Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AGLC) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Worldwide Management has reached agreement to launch its own private label version of the popular Be the Dealer person-to-person casino gaming platform that enables players to be the dealer in playing online casino games. This novel new approach to online gaming has proven exciting to players looking for a unique angle on the entertainment action. AngelCiti anticipates being able to provide TheHouseWins.com with this software by the end of May and that this will provide yet another revenue stream for the Company.

The Industry

A Bear Stearns report for the industry pegs annual revenue at $4.2 billion for 2003, while Christiansen Capital Advisors predicts a slightly more rosy picture pointing to an estimated $4.5 billion in revenue for calendar year 2002, saying 2005 revenue could exceed $10 billion. InformaMedia Group, which tracks electronic gambling predicts that online gaming revenue will even reach $14.5 billion by 2006.
