Ameristar declares cash dividend

AS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASCA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1025 per share, payable on September 14, 2007 to stockholders of record as of August 31, 2007.
