Overall, Ameristar-branded properties won 39 first-place awards and a total of 114 awards, more than any other riverboat casinos in their markets.

Ameristar St. Charles earned the distinction of winning the most first- place awards of any casino in the Midwest, with 17 first-place honors, and crowned by Best Casino. According to the magazine, "In the casino categories Ameristar St. Charles picked up the crucial Best Casino win, along with Best Blackjack, Best Craps, Best Comps, Best Dealers, Best Hosts, and even Best Slot and Best Video Poker. Across the state, Ameristar Kansas City earned 20 awards, the most in the Kansas City market, and with the distinction of the state's Best Overall Hotel Casino. Ameristar's two Missouri properties swept nine first- and second- place awards in the state, including Best Buffet, Best Service, and Best Dealers.
