Ameristar Casinos declares cash dividend

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASCA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1025 per share, payable on June 15, 2007 to stockholders of record as of June 1, 2007.
