LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASCA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.09375 per share, payable on September 15, 2006 to stockholders of record as of August 30, 2006.
