Janovec, Chairman and CEO of AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (ARET) and Michael Signorelli, Chairman & CEO of NevStar Gaming & Entertainment Corp. formally a small cap (NVST) announced today that they have entered into a joint contract to hire LandBase International, Inc. LandBase International will assist in the acquisition and reorganization of NevStar Gaming & Entertainment Corp. and the Mesquite Star Hotel and Casino. In addition, LandBase will provide the necessary due diligence for the refinancing of the Mesquite Star Hotel and Casino. Mr. Janovec and Mr. Signorelli further states, ``We are pleased to be associated with such an outstanding and diversified Company as LandBase International, Inc.
