American Wagering Restores Stock Symbol

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- American Wagering, Inc., OTC Bulletin Board: BETM (formerly BETMQ) (the "Company") today announced that the "Q" designation has been removed from the Company's stock symbol. Accordingly, investors and other interested persons should use the symbol "BETM," rather than "BETMQ," when searching for quotes or other information regarding the Company's common stock.

Victor Salerno, the Company's CEO and President, said, "While the past 21 months have been a difficult time for the Company, we have restructured our litigation payables, retained key employees and customers, and have kept shareholder value intact.
