American Vantage Appoints New Chief Accounting Officer

Morrison, a certified public accountant, has been providing financial and accounting consulting services to American Vantage Cos. since August 2002. She previously served as vice president-accounting for the Gentle Dental Service Corp. and as a manager with Price Waterhouse, where she performed auditing and other services for public companies operating in various high-growth industries.

"Anna brings to American Vantage an excellent financial and business background," said Ronald J. Tassinari, president and chief executive officer of AVCS. "We expect that her leadership and financial experience with fast-growing public companies will serve our needs very well."

Morrison holds bachelor of science degrees in business administration-accounting and speech communications from Southern Oregon University.
