American Gaming & Electronics Opens Office in Palm Springs To Service $2 Billion California Gaming Market

CHICAGO,Illinois--(Press Release)--July 18,2000-- Wells-Gardner Electronics Corporation (Amex: WGA - news) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, American Gaming & Electronics (AGE), has opened a new sales and service office in Palm Springs, CA.

``We are honored to have signed a multi-year agreement to provide in California, field level installation, service and support for Visix Gaming, the exclusive U.S. manufacturer and licensee of Franco game technology. This will jump start our operations in California,'' said Mark Komorowski, President of AGE. ``This office will handle the parts and service needs of all the casinos in California initially and we are considering adding a further office in Northern California at the appropriate time.''

``This office is being opened to service the $2 billion California gaming market that is currently just starting. We plan to be licensed in all 42 Native American jurisdictions as soon as we can,'' noted Anthony Spier, Wells-Gardner's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
