AlphaTrade Teams up with Grand Central Sportsbook

30 May 2001

CANADA -- (Press Release) -- May 30, 2001 -- AlphaTrade.com (OTCBB:EBNK -) announced today that the company has signed reciprocal marketing agreements with Grand Central Sportsbook (GCS), one of the leading sports and race book sites on the Internet.

``This is a significant development for both companies,'' states Gordon Muir, Chairman of AlphaTrade.com, `` GCS will provide a new and unique manner in which to market AlphaTrade's browser based technology.''

From a marketing perspective this is indeed a tremendous opportunity for AlphaTrade. GCS has a large and very active subscriber base so customizing our applications for GCS will expose our product to huge numbers of potential subscribers to AlphaTrade. GCS has over 100,000 subscribers driving well over 1 million hits a week to their website.

The marketing agreement calls for AlphaTrade to customize their financial applications for placement on the GCS web-site as well as their 135 affiliate sites. This means that anyone of their users wishing to subscribe for the AlphaTrade system can do so at the GCS site or anyone of their affiliate sites. The potential exposure for AlphaTrade is huge and could quite possibly number in the millions of new views per month. Certainly the endorsement of GCS and the exposure to their subscribers increases the market awareness and acceptance of our E-Gate product.

``We are pleased to have such a unique arrangement with AlphaTrade and we believe the exposure from our sites will dramatically increase their subscriber base. In addition, the applications will be uniquely customized so as to allow GCS to enhance and augment both the sports book content and client services in addition to aiding with our core business development. Clearly, AlphaTrade is a net-survivor and has a timely product that could literally 'catch on fire' once they receive the necessary exposure,'' says Peter Jacoby, Line Maker for GCSports.com.

About Grand Central Sportsbook: www.gcsports.com has been fully licensed since 1997 and is located on the Caribbean Island of Margarita.
