Alliance Gaming Schedules Annual Stockholders Meeting30 October 2000LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (Press Release) -- Oct. 30, 2000 -- Alliance Gaming Corporation (Nasdaq: ALLY) announced today that its board of directors has scheduled the Company's annual stockholders meeting to convene at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time) on December 5, 2000 at the Mirage Hotel and Casino, 3400 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada. Alliance Gaming common stockholders of record as of November 6, 2000, will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The two items scheduled for consideration at the meeting are the re-election of two directors and the ratification of the Company's independent public accounting firm.
