Alliance Gaming Receives ACSC System Order for New Seneca Casino

10 December 2002

LAS VEGAS – (Press Release) -- Alliance Gaming Corp. (Nasdaq: ALLY) announced today that its Bally Gaming and Systems business unit has entered into an agreement to provide the new Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, N.Y., with the ACSC integrated slot marketing and casino management system and approximately 635 Bally Gaming slot machines.

Scheduled to open Dec. 31, 2002 in what was formerly known as the Niagara Falls Convention Center, the casino will be operated by the Seneca Niagara Falls Gaming Corporation (SNFGC) under an agreement with the Seneca Nation of Indians. The initial phase of the development will include approximately 2,600 slot machines, 91 table games and a variety of dining and entertainment options.

With its integrated platform already proven in a large casino resort environment, the ACSC system will provide the Seneca Niagara Casino with advanced features such eTICKET (ticket-in, ticket-out), ePROMO (promotional credits) and eFUND (two-way electronic funds transfer). The flexibility of ACSC's single-wire solution also helped ensure that the Seneca Niagara Casino could meet its aggressive opening timeframe.

Of the 635 slots from Bally Gaming that represent 24 percent of the machines at the property, nearly 40 are the Company's signature title, Blazing 7s, along with other marquee games such as Betty Boop, Winning For Dummies, Andy Capp, Richie Rich, Bonus Frenzy, Triple Bonus Frenzy, In The Money, Money Bars, At The Hop and the recently released Monte Carlo.

"The combination of Bally's slot and systems products will help ensure the new Seneca Niagara Casino quickly establishes itself as a premier casino destination in the Northeast," said SNFGC President Mickey Brown. "We believe the ACSC system will provide a new level of customer service."

"The new Seneca Niagara Casino is uniquely positioned for success and we are pleased that both Bally Systems and Bally Gaming will contribute in such a prominent way. We look forward to a long relationship with the Seneca Nation of Indians and the SNFGC," said Robert Miodunski, President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Gaming.

Alliance Gaming is a diversified gaming company with headquarters in Las Vegas. The Company is engaged in the design, manufacture, operation and distribution of advanced gaming devices and systems worldwide, and is the nation's largest gaming machine route operator and operates two casinos.
