Alleged Robbery Victim Arrested26 March 2004SOUTH AFRICA – As reported by the East African Standard: "The tables were turned on a Port Elizabeth man claiming he was robbed at GrandWest Casino of a massive diamond worth at least R10 million (US$1.5 million) when police arrested him for illegally trading in diamonds. "Police were shocked when they first heard the report by a Port Elizabeth diamond dealer that he had been robbed at gunpoint of the valuable stone.
