All Sports Acquires Half of Internet Wagering Group

SYDNEY, Australia – As reported by Asia Pulse: "Listed bookmaker International All Sports Ltd (ASX:IAS) today said it had finalised its acquisition of 50 per cent of Gibraltar-based internet wagering group Internet Betting Co plc (IBC).

"'Following a lengthy due diligence process by the parties, the directors of both companies have executed contracts providing IAS with a 50 per cent equity in IBC,' IAS said without disclosing the acquisition price.

"…As an Australia publicly listed company and a supporter of Australian racing IAS said it would 'prefer that an Australian licence was made available'…"
