"'It's a good luck omen,'said Maynard Zillmer, superintendent with Roel Construction Co., the general contractor for the project. "…For Zillmer, Monday's event was a milestone, as more than half the foundation that's been designed to withstand an earthquake will have been poured by Friday…" |
