AEG Live to Operate Echelon Place Entertainment Venues

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) today announced an agreement with AEG Live, whereby AEG will produce and present shows in the two major entertainment venues at Echelon Place, its next-generation resort development on the Las Vegas Strip. According to the agreement, AEG Live, the music and entertainment division of internationally renowned AEG, will operate the 4,000-seat production theatre and 1,500-seat performance venue at Echelon.

AEG is one of the world's leading producers, presenters, and operators of innovative live sports and entertainment events. AEG owns and manages an impressive array of leading entertainment venues, including The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, The O2 (formerly The Millennium Dome) in London and O2 World in Berlin, the Sprint Center in Kansas City, the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and the Nokia Live theatres in Dallas and New York.
