Advanced Casino Systems Corporation Announces Conversion Agreement With Mohegan Sun18 October 2000UNCASVILLE, Conneticut –(Press Release) -- Oct. 18, 2000 -- Advanced Casino Systems Corporation (``ACSC'') announced today that it has entered into a formal agreement with Mohegan Sun Casino, Uncasville, Connecticut (operated by Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority) to install ACSC's Slot Marketing System(TM) (``SMS(TM)'') and Casino Management System (``CMS(TM)''). The integrated applications provide a one-of-kind, fully-functional casino management and marketing software package. To ready itself for its massive property expansion, Project Sunburst, which is already underway, Mohegan Sun has chosen to replace its existing casino management and slot marketing systems with the technologies offered by ACSC. At the completion of Mohegan Sun's expansion project, the new mega- resort will feature two casinos totaling 6,100 slot machines, 230 table games, 42 poker tables, a 1,200-room hotel tower, a 10,000 seat entertainment arena and a sparkling new retail complex which will link the two casinos. Based on IBM's leading edge AS/400 architecture, ACSC's SMS(TM) and CMS(TM) systems utilize a proven integrated database that allows casino operators to seamlessly manage all of their slot and casino systems as one system. The ACSC system provides complete integration-in real-time-between all aspects of the casino ... slots, tables, hotel, point-of-sale, marketing, credit, cage operations, accounting and promotions/special events. Additional benefits enjoyed by ACSC's customers include years of experience in project management and network support administration, direct mail fulfillment services, marketing consulting, data warehousing products and complete casino/hotel integration services.
