Acres Signs $4.1 Million Contract With California Tribe30 September 2002LAS VEGAS – (Press Release) -- Acres Gaming Incorporated (Nasdaq: AGAM), the leader in Bonusing and Casino Management System technology for the gaming industry, today announced it has received an order from the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians to purchase Acres Bonusing and Acres new NexGen interactive multimedia display for their Spa Resort Casino and Agua Caliente Casino, both located in the Palm Springs, CA area. The sales have a combined value of $4.1 million and include the Acres Advantage casino management system and Acres Cashless products. Four casinos have now ordered the new NexGen display for venue wide installation in the brief time since its introduction. Timothy Taylor, Chief Operating Officer for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians said, "The Tribe is committed to providing the highest quality entertainment experience available in the industry. The combination of Acres Bonusing and the NexGen display provide a gaming experience unequaled in any gaming jurisdiction today. These sales are part of $8.7 million in orders added to Acres' backlog since the beginning of the current fiscal year on July 1, 2002.
