A PLAN: Sportinglife.com WILL BE relaunchED16 January 2002Sportinglife.com''s chief, David Annat, is planning a wholesale relaunch of the website and its sister site Sportal following a life-saving takeover by UK Betting. The relaunch is due to go live before the end of February. The sites will be reborn as a single sports network with online gambling a major feature. The relaunch will see Sportal, Sporting Life and a new site called The Betting Zone rolled into a single network. As part of the Sportinglife deal, UK Betting also bought Totalbet.com, which it is continuing to run alongside its own betting website. Information aimed at dedicated sports fans and betting enthusiasts will continue to sit on the Sportinglife site, while the newly relaunched Betting Zone will exist as a separate site for the first time. |
