Waterbury said he wanted to try all the slot machines at the casino. He decided to play his last $20 for the night in a progressive network jackpot, the Addams Family nickel Megajackpot machine. And he won! A large amount to his surprise. The hit left him astonish. Waterbury said "I was shocked ... I couldn''t believe it. It was great," Waterbury said, “I plan on investing the winnings. It will change my life in every way.” The progressive jackpot win is the first at the Palace and the fourth Addams Family jackpot to be awarded at a Native American-owned casino this year. The company that produces the Megajackpot machines, such as the Addams Family, Wheel of Fortune and Elvis, the network includes more than 100 casinos in 12 states, according to a news release from International Game Technology Minnesota tribal casinos have awarded more than $3.8 million in progressive jackpots through the network. |
