1-900 Jackpot reports stock split16 August 2007AS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE)--1-900 Jackpot, Inc (OTCBB:ONJP) would like to announce an increase in the authorized capital from 200 million common to 400 million common shares. The Nevada Secretary of State will approve this order before the audited financials are completed on Aug. 31st 2007. The effective completion date for the 1:10 Dividend Share Split will be today -- Wednesday, August 15th 2007. At the close of business on Wednesday, August 15th 2007, the new lower price per share will be in effect. |
